> Orthopedic screen to determine need for imaging or specialist care
> Range of motion, strength & flexibility assessment
> Prescription of exercise, stretch and selfcare techniques
> Manual therapies (soft tissue and/or myofascial work) to address pain/tension
Options include a 20 min screening or 60 min consultation
